Funeral services for Marie Bush McKee, 84, of Leesville, Louisiana will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 27, 2011 at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville with Rev. John Hatcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Mitchell Cemetery in Anacoco, LA under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held from 5 pm - 9 pm, Wednesday, January 26, 2011 and on Thursday, January 27, 2011 from 8 am until time of service at the funeral home.
Marie, the daughter of William E. and Edna Mae Stringer Bush was born on December 13, 1926, in Hemphill, Texas. She passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2011 at Pilgrim Manor Guest Care Center in Bossier City, LA.
She is survived by her children Carlton & Diane McKee of Anacoco, LA, Roger & Judy McKee of Anacoco, LA, Lynn McKee of Beaumont, TX, Virginia & Rodney Jackson of Benton, LA & Alice & Doug Piertiz of Anacoco, LA; brother, Howard & Inge Bush of Anacoco, LA; sister, Wilma & Bob Berney of Blanchard, LA; 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
