Margaret Barton's Obituary
Funeral services for Margaret Elaine Barton, 57, of New Llano, Louisiana will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 20, 2014, at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville with Rev. Donny Gene Monk officiating. Burial will follow in the Laurel Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 19th from 5 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., and on Friday, June 20th from 9:00 a.m. until service time in the chapel.
Margaret was born July 30, 1956, in Leesville, LA. She passed away Monday, June 16th, in Alexandria.
Margaret loved the simple things in life and always stood by her word. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mechelle Barton.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, William “Bill” Barton of New Llano, LA; sons, William Dale Barton & wife, Celina of Leesville, LA and Kris Barton & fiancé Kole Caston of Bossier City, LA; daughter, Billye Elaine Ebbesen & husband, David Leesville, LA and brother, Aubrey Willis of Leesville, LA and six grandchildren.
