Many prayers to each of you. Loved Lucy and had great respect for her . She always put God and family first in all she did.
Katie, we will surely miss our visits from this dear sweet one, She was so faithful to check on my Mother Ms. Jessie Vee McWilliams (Ms.Mc). Love to you and the family from Dustin,Ms Mc and Aunt Shirley.
Ms. Lucy's name caught my attention. I was born Kathryn Slaughter. I had an aunt named Lucy Vivian Slaughter (Meyers.) I know that your relative could not have been kin, but was surprised by the coincidence. We are from Catahoula Parish. I am so sorry for your loss.
Katie, I know you miss her, but if at all possible, heaven must be a brighter place with her there. Love you baby girl!
I will miss your spunk, faithfulness in ALWAYS being at church, & hard work for missions. I always looked forward to your Christmas card, it was unique & personal. You were someone I tried to model myself after as a christian mother. Love you!
Her light will live on within each and everyone she touched.
Mrs. Lucy was one of the strongest prayer warriors I've ever met. Her Christianity was never a doubt. And her love for missions was adamant. Katie, I know you will miss her greatly. And please, never hesitate to call. Love you much!!
I served at helping hands with Ms.Lucy. She was humble before her God.
Ms. Lucy will be greatly missed. She was a faithful prayer warrior and a dear friend.
