Lennie Faye Pourteau's Obituary
Funeral services for Lennie Faye Pourteau, 90, of Hicks, will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Sunday, December 11, 2022 in the Hicks United Pentecostal Church of Hicks with Bro. Greg Mortenson & Bro. Randy Harper officiating. Burial will follow in the Hicks Cemetery in Hicks.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 5:00 P.M– 9:00 P.M in the church.
Lennie was born on March 28, 1932 in Hicks, Louisiana to her parents, George L. and Louvenia Walker LaCaze. She passed away on Friday, December 9, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family.
She is preceded in death by her father; G.L. LaCaze, mother; Louvenia Walker LaCaze, husbands: Carl Albert Davis, Horace Carlyle Wiggins, J.B “Johnny” Pourteau, grandchildren; Carl Richard (Bo) Perkins, Carla Rena Perkins Linder, Melissa Tenae Wiggins.
Left to cherish her memory is her children; Sharon Carlotta Eubanks and her husband Danny of Toledo Bend Lake, Dyarell Dewayne Davis and his wife Wanda of Hicks, LA, Ronald Kynell Davis and Sandy Odom of Hicks, LA, Kennith Hugh Wiggins and his wife Sandy of Hicks, LA Zackary Kleve Wiggins and his wife Roxanne of Pitkin, LA, Gwen Pourteau Barrett of Reeves, LA Tony Pourteau Cappell of Reeves, LA grandchildren; Dewayne “Boo” Davis and his wife Angie, Mark Davis and his wife Sonya, Cody Davis and his wife Dayna, Chance Davis and his wife Robin, Dakota Wiggins and his wife Tori, Tiffany Wiggins San-Nicolas and her husband Anthony, Whitney Wiggins and Dwight James Jr., Landon Cappell and his wife Trisha, Alaina Cappell, Jill Smith, Tiff Helmle, John Eaves, Tammie LaVigna and her husband Paul, 31 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
