Kenneth Donnis Smith's Obituary
Graveside services for Kenneth Donnis Smith, 83, of Leesville, will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at the Tanner Cemetery in Burkeville, TX. with Dr. Glen Cooley officiating.
Kenneth was born on May 29, 1935 in Wiergate, TX to his parents, Donnis Newton & Bessie Cole Smith. He passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at his home in Leesville.
He was a graduate of McNeese State University where he earned both a Bachelor and Master degree and he earned + 30 at Louisiana State University. He was an avid hunter and fisherman where he served as a guide on Toldeo Bend for many years.
Left to cherish his memory is his sons; Raymond Smith, Randall Smith (Debbie), Robert Smith (Denise) all of Leesville, LA., daughters; Rhonda Doyle (David) of DeRidder, LA., Sabrina Smith of Washington, D.C. and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
