Kenneth Dewayne Gill, Sr.'s Obituary
Kenneth Dewayne Gill, Sr., 63, passed away Friday, January 5, 2018, in Beauregard Memorial Hospital in DeRidder. He was born May 16, 1954, to Dewey Elma and Dorothy Faye Bailey Gill in DeRidder where he lived most of his life. He was a logger, roofer and "Jack-Of-All-Trades." He enjoyed fishing and going to casinos.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Lee Gill of DeRidder;five sons, Kenneth Dewayne Gill, Jr.,and Kenneth Dewayne Gill, III, both of Rosepine, LA, Chris Slaydon of DeRidder, Randy Phillip Bell of Kinder, LA and Larry Wayne LeDoux of Grand Lake, LA; five daughters, Paula Sue Springer of DeRidder, Linda Brister and Peggy Sue Brister, both of Rosepine, Jessica Brady of Winnfield, LA and Brandy Cromp of Rosepine; five sisters, Delores Cromp of Rosepine, Judy Williams of DeRidder, Joy Etchenson of Rosepine, Jackie Talent of Arkansas and Debrahe Bailey of DeRidder; one brother, Dallas Haynes of Oklahoma; twenty-six grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.Cremation was entrusted to Labby Memorial Funeral Home of DeRidder, LA.
