Kenneth Wayne Chevalier's Obituary
Kenneth Wayne Chevalier, 71, entered peacefully into rest on Monday, March 29, 2021 at Alexandria, Louisiana. Kenneth was born to William Chevalier and Maggie Burgin Chevalier on October 12, 1949, in Beaumont, Texas.
Visitation will begin Friday, April 2, 2021, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Temple Baptist Church, 122 Martin Luther King Drive, DeRidder, LA. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 2, 2021, Visitation will start at 1:00 PM and service will begin at 2:00 PM, Temple Baptist Church, with Rev. Frank Ott officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, DeRidder, LA.
Kenneth worked as a heavy equipment mechanic with TNT Cranes. He was an avid ATV rider, enjoyed fishing, singing karaoke and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and serving honorably for 4 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Kenneth W Chevalier II (Melissa) of Bridge City, TX; Gerald W. Chevalier (Ashley) of Rosepine, LA, and Chris W. Chevalier (Brittany) of DeRidder, LA; grandchildren; Alexis, Timothy, Kase, Alena, Timothy, Alyssa, Elijah, Kaydon, Kylee, Mary Beth, Aspen; and one great grandson Collin.
Preceded in death by his wife Sharon Eason Chevalier, granddaughter Alyssa Marie Chevalier; grandson Ryan Blake Chevalier.
