Kelvin loved deer hunting and anything related to it. There probably wasn’t a day that went by where he wasn’t thinking of hunting or planning for opening day, all the way up until December 4th.
Kelvin was also a member of The Sons of the Confederacy for several years. He was proud of his heritage and so proud to be part of the organization. He traveled to battle re-enactments all over Louisiana and participated in them dressed in a replica of the uniforms originally worn. He very much enjoyed his involvement with The Sons of the Confederacy.
In his last job he worked as an Electrician for Pride Industries on Fort Polk.
Kelvin had many, many family and friends who loved him and he loved them too. He was truly one of the most kind and loving people you could ever know. We will all miss him and we will always love him and keep him in our hearts.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society in his name.
