Kathy McClellan's Obituary
Funeral services for Kathy McClellan, 50, of Leesville, Louisiana will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville with the Rev. Durhl R. Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Leesville Cemetery in Leesville under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville. Friends may call Tuesday, July 13, 2010, from 5 pm until 8 pm and then Wednesday, July 14th, from 8 am until service time in the funeral home.
Kathy was the daughter of Scotty and Alice Shivers McCloud she was born on November 5, 1959 in Leesville. She was a 1977 Leesville High School graduate. She formerly worked for the Merchants and Farmers Bank. Kathy loved to rodeo were she ran barrels. She loved spending time with her family especially her son Scott and had a special passion for animals. She was preceded in death by her mother Alice Shivers McCloud, grandparents Archie McCloud and Mae & Gerald Shivers.
She is survived by her son, Scott Allen McClellan of Leesville and Scott’s father Tim McClellan; her father and step mother, Scotty and Lou McCloud of Leesville, sister, Christi Bolton of Anacoco; step-brothers, Marty (wife, Krystal) Gilcrease of Leesville and Marlon (wife, April) Gilcrease of Palm Beach Garden, FL, Grandmother, Beulah McCloud of Leesville and Uncle Harry (wife, pat) McCloud of Leesville along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
