Funeral services for Julian D. Neal, 81, of Leesville will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 16th in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Morris D. Goins officiating. The burial will follow in the Alexandria N Read Obituary
