I'm so sorry for your loss. Sue was a truly special lady!
Prayers are with all of the family.
Sue was truly one-of-a-kind! We had the great pleasure of sitting at her table, eating her (delicious!) home-cooked meals and fellowshipping with her family. Every time we did, it was absolutely delightful. And as her Pastor at First Baptist, Longville, I had the joy of sitting a few feet from her as she played the piano during our worship services for several years. When Sue got her left hand working on the bass clef of the keyboard...my goodness...I thought I could actually hear the rolling thunder! She was our friend, and we loved her. She will be missed! (Stuart & Allyson Graves, and family)
Ms. Sue was and always will be remembered as a Fine Lady ! Her southern cooking , piano playing and welcoming spirit were definitely some of her greatest gifts... and she used them well ! I've had the pleasure of knowing Ms. Sue and the Simmons Family since I was a child not only did we as kids go to school and church together but our families went camping together for many years at Pleasure Points on Toledo Bend Lake. I have many fond memories of those times and treasure the lifetime friendships that were made. Ms. Sue was a blessing to my life as I know she was to so many others... whether it be her home cooked dishes delivered to your home or a church fellowship, her piano playing while you sang and worshipped in a church service , or as a friend enjoying her company and laughing along with her contagious laughter ! Fortunately for me I've been blessed by all three for many years * I am truly sorry for the great loss her family will endure for she loved them dearly... Mr. Pete, Tanya, Edwin and Kevin, My heartfelt sympathy and prayers go out to you and your loved ones. May our Heavenly Father hold you close and give you comfort and peace at this most difficult time . Kimberly Mulkey Lambert and Family
