Joy Faye Jeter's Obituary
Funeral services for Joy Faye Jeter, 89, of Leesville, will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville with Bro. Andy Addison, Clifton Bolgiano, & Lonnie Pardue officiating. Burial will follow in the Plunkaway Cemetery in Burr Ferry.
Visitation will be Monday, March 7, 2022 from 5:00 P.M– 8:00 P.M in the funeral home.
Joy was born on April 6, 1932 in Peason, Louisiana to her parents, Riley C. & Eva Ella Russell Cryer. She passed away on Saturday March 5, 2022 in Byrd Regional Hospital in Leesville.
Joy is preceded in death by her parents, husband: Rudolph Jeter, son in-law: L.C. Jeane, brother: Coy Cryer, and Sisters: Una Jean Wiggins & Alice Rae Bolgiano.
Left to cherish her memory is her son: Edgar Jeter and wife Donna of Leesville, LA; Daughters: Brenda Jeane of Leesville, LA, Martha Garcia and husband Martin of The Woodlands, TX, Rhonda Rollins and husband George of Huntsville, TX, and Lori Smith and husband Kerry of Leesville, LA; 12 Grandchildren, 28 Great Grandchildren, and 6 Great-Great Grandchildren
