Services for Johnny Wayne Brister, Sr of Leesville will be 4:30 P.M. ~ Saturday ~ July 7, 2007 in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville, Louisiana the Rev. Chris Welch will officate and the burial will follow in the Pine Island Cemetery in Pickering, Louisiana

Brian Warner, Alton Warner, Toney Jett
Johnny was born on the 26th day of September 1945 in Leesville, Louisiana the son of Joseph and Annie Brister. He entered into eternal rest on Thursday July 5, 2007 at his home.
Mr. Brister was a lifelong resident of Leesville. He was a self employed truck driver and worked with Leesville Lumber. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, James Brister and Joseph Brister Jr., sister, Judy Bowers, and Great Grandchild Emily McDaniel.
Johnny is survived by his Wife of 42 Years Barbara Brister of Leesville, LA; sons, Johnny Brister Jr. of Leesville, LA and
Danny Joe Brister of Many, LA;
Daughter, Belinda Fondren of Leesville, LA; Sisters, Jane Richardson of New Llano, LA
Allie Johnson of New Llano, LA; and Five Grandchildren and Two Great Grandchildren
