Funeral services for John Edward Perry, Jr., 77, of Leesville will be held Sunday, August 21, 2016, at 2 pm at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville. Burial will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery, under the direction Read Obituary
John and I grew up on Spring Street in Shippensburg, PA and we had good times with all the kids on that street. When I moved to Camp Hill he stopped by on one of his times home from the military and it was good to see him. My brother Lynn and his brother Barry were great friends. I will always remember the good times - rest in peace my old friend.
I love you daddy- I miss you so much it hurts. I hope you're in heaven with friends and family and feeling better than you've ever felt. I pray that you're happy because you deserve it. You've done so much in your life and I am extremely proud of you. You are a brave and smart man with a huge impact on my life. I am going to miss you. Part of me died the day you passed away. I know I'll never get over this pain of loosing you but I pray you are happy and in no more pain. I'll always love you. Your babydoll.

My condolences to the Perry Family. I was blessed to know John due to his marriage to my Mom, Sue Perry who preceded him in death on February 6, 2016. I loved John like a Father and can never thank him enough for his love and support of my Mom. I pray they are both at peace and may God's eternal light and love shine on them forever!
