Family & friends gathering for Jo “Josie” Stracener Cabalis, 29, of Leesville, Louisiana will be held from 2:00 p.m. ~ 9:00 p.m. Thursday, February 2, 2012, at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville.
Jo, the daughter of Michael L. Stracener and Jean Jackson was born on February 10, 1982, at Fort Polk, Louisiana. She passed away on Friday, January 27, 2012, at Rapides Regional Hospital in Alexandria, LA.
She is survived by her husband, Shane Cabalis of Leesville; daughters, Chelsea Stracener & Gabriella Cabalis; brother, Sean Stracener of Lafayette; sister, CiCelia Moore of Leesville; mother, Jean Jackson of Leesville; father, Michael Stracener of Lafayette and grandmother, Mary Jo Honaker of Quitman, TX.
