Funeral services for Jessie Cleo Williams Bruyninckx, 73, of Anacoco, Louisiana will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 30, 2011, at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville with Rev. Scotty McDowell officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Grove Cemetery in Slagle, LA under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held Saturday, October 29, 2011, from 4 pm - 9 pm, at the funeral home.
Jessie, the daughter of Elijah and Edith Higginbotham Williams was born on April 24, 1938, in Slagle, Louisiana. She passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2011.
Mrs. Jessie was a lifelong resident of Vernon Parish. She was a homemaker. She loved fishing, so living next-door to the Vernon Lake made it easy for her.
Left to cherish her memory her husband of 50 years, James Marvin Bruyninckx of Anacoco, LA; daughters, Faye Bruyninckx & David of Cotile Lake, LA & Terry McDowell & Scott of Jena, LA; son, Frank Bruyninckx of Alexandria, LA; step-son, James Bruyninckx & Karen of Colombia, LA; nine grandkids; ten great grandkids; brother, Jerry Dale Williams of Kurthwood, LA and sister, Pearl Burce of Lumberton, TX.
