Jessie Jones' Obituary
Funeral services for Mr. Jessie Jones, 99, of Hornbeck will be held at 2:00p.m. Saturday April 5, 2008 in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville with Rev's Nick Hilton and David Oliver officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Hornbeck.
Mr. Jones was a native of Vernon Parish. He retired from the Kansas City SOuthern Railroad following 18 years of service. After his retirement from KCS he worked for Sam WIlliams Moving and Storage for a number of years.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 33 years, Reba Marie West Jones; two grandchildren, Arla Marie Jones, & Walton Ray Jones; two brothers, William Ennis Jones and Walter Jones; and three sisters, Edna Midkiff Beltz, Pearl Self Raney, & Irene Raney.
He is survived by:
Two Sons: Cedric Jones and his wife Rachel of Gloster, La.; Larry Jones of Stonewall, Louisiana.
