Jennifer Marie Rhoad's Obituary
Jennifer Marie Rhoad, 36, went to be with God on Monday, October 11, 2021 at her home in DeRidder. Jennifer was born on November 16, 1984 in Alexandria, LA to John Rhoad and Susan Elizabeth Haynes.
Jennifer leaves behind to cherish her memory is Frankie John; her son, Elijah Scallan, 16; her daughter, Skye Scallan, 15; her father, John Rhoad; her mother, Susan Haynes Gassiott; her brother and sister-n-law, Jeremy Rhoad and wife Kara; her niece, Angelle Rhoad; and beloved aunt, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
Jennifer is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Donald and Betty Sterkx Rhoad; maternal grandparents, James Orville and Earline Andrepont Haynes.
Jennifer was an all around fun loving soul. She was one of a kind. She was the epitome of living life to the fullest and her love for others was endless. She had a contagious laugh. She loved to cook and knew how to turn a trip to Wal-Mart into an adventure. She was a loving daughter, sister, friend, and mother and will be missed dearly by many.
A private memorial service will be held for family and close friends. Arrangements and cremation care was under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of DeRidder.
