James "J.T." Tipper's Obituary
Funeral services for James “J.T.” Tipper, 42, of New Llano, Louisiana will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 19, 2012, at the First United Pentecostal Church in Leesville, LA, with Bro. Steven Netherland, Bro. Gary Bankson and Bro. Mark Christian officiating. Burial will follow in the Canaan Cemetery, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will begin on Friday, August 17, 2012, from 5 p.m. and continue on until 11:00 a.m. Sunday, August 19th, at the funeral home.
James was a Rosepine Police officer who passed away Thursday, August 16th, from injuries received in an auto accident in Rosepine.
Mr. Tipper is survived by his wife, Sarbrina Moore Tipper of New Llano, LA, son, James Alexander Tipper of New Llano and his fiancée Brandi Harris, daughter, Rebecca Michon Tipper of New Llano, his mother, Angelika “Angie” Dixon of Anacoco, LA, one sister, Michelle Morris of Anacoco, LA; a nephew, Travis Kring, niece, M’kenna Kring, two step sisters, Pam Dixon Smith and Cheryl Dixon, both of Anacoco, step nieces and nephews, Hope and Heath Smith, Joey Berube, and Britnee Dixon. He was looking forward to the birth of his granddaughter, Jamey Elizabeth Tipper.
Memorial donations may be made at The Vernon Bank in Leesville.
