James Wilmer Nash's Obituary
Funeral services for James Wilmer Nash, 64, of Evans, Louisiana will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 22, 2012, at Burr Ferry Pentecostal Church in Burr Ferry. Burial will follow in the Burr Ferry Cemetery under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m., Wednesday, March 21st at the funeral home.
James, the son of Gilmer and Lillian Farmer Nash was born September 21, 1947, in Leesville, LA. He passed away Monday, March 19th, at the Rosepine Retirement and Rehabilitation Center in Rosepine, LA.
Mr. Nash loved growing crops, raising cows, cutting hay and hunting. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 247 in Leesville.
He was preceded in death by his parents Gilmer Nash and Lillian Nash.
He is survived by son, Colter James Nash & Christina of Burr Ferry; daughters, Crystal Gail Nash of New Llano, & Cayla Nicole Nash of New Llano; sisters, Aletha Ensinger & husband, Alvin of Florien, Alta Rose McInnis & husband, Willard of Anacoco, Anna Ennenbach of Leesville & Anita Cryer & husband, Marvin of Cottonwood and two grandchildren, Hunter Nash & Tyler Nash.
