Fuenral services for Dr. James L. Allain, D.D.S., 68, of Pineville, LA, will be held at 2:00 Wednesday, June 11, 2008 in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel - Leesville, LA
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 10, 2008 from 4:00-9:00 PM at Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, Leesville, LA.
Dr. Allain passed away Friday, June 6, 2008 at his residence in Pineville, LA.
Dr. James Alain was born August 29, 1939 in Brusly, Louisiana, the son of Eldon J. and Ida Marie Allain. He received his undergraduate degree from McNeese State University and his D.D.S. from Loyola in New Orleans. Following military service with the United States Army he opened his dental practice in Leesville, working 32 years before retiring.
Dr. Allain loved to read and travel during his leisure time. He tutored children, and encouraged everyone to further their education. He also loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Dr. Allain was preceded in death by one brother, Chris Allain.
