SFC (R) Jack Don Travers
Jack Don Travers passed away peacefully in Leesville, LA on August 5, 2020, at the age of 66.
Jack served in the US ARMY for nearly 18 years. In 1980, Jack became one of “America’s Best”; a Green Beret. He was then stationed at Fort Campbell, KY, home of 5th Special Forces Group.
Jack was a restless spirit that loved motorcycles, surfing, music, competitive shooting, and building custom firearms.
He is survived by his two sons, James (Brandi) of Colorado Springs, CO and Shawn (Amanda) of Crofton, KY; and his three grandchildren: Jamison, Liam, and Harleigh of Colorado Springs, CO.
All services are private and will be held at the family’s convenience.
