Hyon Ok Baker's Obituary
Funeral services for Hyon Ok Baker, 50 of Leesville will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 22, 2009 at Arkadelphia Baptist Church in Pitkin, Louisiana, with Rev. Robert Eckerle officiating. Burial will follow in the Arkadelphia Cemetery in Pitkin, Louisiana. Friends may visit from 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 21st, until 9:00 p.m. at Labby Memorial Funeral Home.
Services are under the direction of the Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville, Louisiana.
Hyon Ok was born on August 20, 1958 in the Republic of Korea. She passed away, after an intense battle with cancer on January 16, 2009, at home surrounded by the love of family and friends. She is survived by her husband of nearly 30 years, Kenneth Baker, two children Daniel and Susan, and two grandchildren Rebecca and Chloe. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
