Gayle, Donnie, Bettye, Glenda & Janiece,Uncle Homer was always such a joy to be around. I did not know until too late to go to the funeral, but I cherished every minute with you all and Aunt Flossie when she was alive. Your family was always such a blessing to me and my brother Larry Douglas. Uncle Homer will be missed by me and my family. He was so unique and funny. My love to you all...
Many teddy bears were named after you. Going to visit you was always a highlight and always memorable. I have missed you over the years. I wish I could be there now. You are such a treasured family member to me. Thank you for your kindness, direction and advices to a young me. I will love you always Uncle Homer!
Mr. Moore was quite a character. He had so many friends and people that loved him deeply. He will be missed. My love goes out to the family.
