Cappy was a great man, father, and friend. Back in the 1980s, he taught me to play chess. Of course, I never won and that would frustrate me to no end! However, it made me work harder to become better. It was probably the 1980s that I last saw him, as that's when I left to join the service. Nevertheless, even after 40 years, I've never forgotten him, his kindness, honesty, decency, intellect, humor, and what a great role model he was to me and anyone else who was fortunate to be in his presence. Albeit late in doing so, I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family for their profound loss. I send a virtual hug to my friend and classmate Mitzi.
