Harold "Wayne" Jeane's Obituary
Funeral services for Harold “Wayne” Jeane, 73, of Anacoco, Louisiana will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 20, 2012, at Crystal Springs Baptist Church with Bro. John Kautz and Bro. J.R. Haymon officiating with the burial to follow in the Mitchell Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held Saturday, February 18th, from 6 p.m. until service time in the church on Monday.
Wayne, the son of Joseph H. and Hazel Wingate Jeane was born January 18, 1939, in Leesville, Louisiana. He passed away Friday, February 17, 2012, in Alexandria, Louisiana. Mr. Jeane loved being outdoors either hunting, fishing, cutting grass or firewood. He enjoyed riding his 4 wheeler with his grandkids. He loved spending time with the Lord and his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Walter Jeane.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Catherine Jeane; sons, Timmy & Kim Jeane, Randy Jeane, Allen Dewayne & Joyce Jeane, & Joey Jeane; daughter, Sandy & Greg Cruz all of Anacoco; brother, Don Jeane of Pickering; sisters, Peggy Firestine of Missouri, Margie Bowen of Pickering, Linda Garman of Pickering, Joyce Serhan of Colorado & Marsha Ivester of Missouri; 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
