Funeral services for Halie Lynn “Halie Bug”, Funderburk, , age 6, of New Llano will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 7, 2009 at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville, with Rev. C.W. Dowden officiating. Burial will follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery in Hicks, Louisiana. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 6, 2009 at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville from 4:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. and on Saturday, March 7, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Services are under the direction of the Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville.
Halie passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at Sutton’s Children Hospital in Shreveport, Louisiana.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Gene and Trish Eubanks, and Betty Daniel.
She is survived by her loving Mother Lacy Dena’ Funderburk, her Step dad Jessie Daniel both of New Llano, Louisiana her Dad Kevin Daniel of Dequincy, Louisiana; her big sister Kara Lynn of New Llano, Louisiana; three half sisters Kelsie Daniel of Cape Giradeau, Missouri, Keyale and Kennedy Daniel both of Dequincy, Louisiana; four uncles Justin Eubanks of Leesville, Louisiana, Adrian of New Llano, Louisiana, Chris of Jackson, Missouri, and Adam of Indianapolis; grandmother Beverly Daniel; great grandparents Leroy and Geneva Oram all of New Llano, Louisiana and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
