Gregory Wherle's Obituary
CSM, Gregory Paul Wherle, (RET), passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 in Leesville, LA after a long time suffering illness, he is finally at peace.
Gregory was born on July 2, 1945 in Charleston, WV and entered his eternal rest in Leesville, LA.
He was retired after serving over 27 years in the United States Army. He loved fishing and playing cards with his friends at the local VFW on Sundays.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 52 years, Erika Wherle; Two Daughters: Carolyn Morgan and husband Jerry, and Tina Hauber; his grandchildren, Stephan, Daniel and Marco; step grandchildren: Victoria and Brandi; great grandchildren, Leonas, Aliyah; step great granddaughter sweet Amelia. They always made him smile.
