This man was the greatest mechanic, a friend, someone you could talk too when advice was needed. And prayers to go along with it, I'm so glad uncle George finally learned to play the beautiful banjo he cherished. Until we meet again my brother in Christ.
I met this man years ago and there’s no words to describe him that hasn’t already been said He will truely be missed and I just thank God I had that opportunity to know him. Keeping your family in prayers today See you when I get there Uncle Tommy as I knew him love and miss you David and Debbie
Our prayers are with you. Mr. George was a special friend. So thankful I was able to make peanut brittle with him and Mrs. Joyce. I will always remember his devotion to his wife, his jokes, teaching him how to use his new cell phone, and him always asking me when I was going to buy my better half a boat. And the peppermint jar. He loved the peppermint jar in my office. He always had a contagious smile no matrer the struggles of the day. He will be so unexplainably and greatly missed.---April Volpe, Skeeter Mills, Emily Volpe--VPSO
It was my honor to attend church with him, when I lived in Leesville. He was a friend for life. Sad to know 'Mucho Meano' (his part in a skit we did years ago) has run his race. But he ran well all the way. My prayers are with you all.
I will never forget this gentle giant. It’s been many years since I have seen him, but I can still see his smile and hear his silliness. Praying for you all.
I will miss George , been seeing him at NAPA for 40 years . He was a very good customer , trying always to get a laugh . He just made the day better .
Bro. Ferguson was a fine man, and would and did help anyone who came across his path with a need. He and his family were very devoted to each other and to God. The salt of the earth kind of people. So thankful for them. I met them when I was a young girl, maybe 18. He and his family gave me a ride home all the way out in the country. I lived down a gravel road, and he just couldn't resist doing his thing -- he made the car go sideways, as if it were going out of control -- but he had it under control the entire time. :) His family just laughed, but it was new experience for me. I learned to love this family so much, and it is with great sorrow that we must say goodbye, but only until we meet again in Heaven with our Lord! Thank you, Bro. Ferguson, for all the memories and all the work you put in through the years for the church and for others. No one else like you.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you ferguson family. May god give you comfort and peace. Your in my prayers. Phyllis Miller
