Krista,\r\nI was saddened to read about Fran today. She and I spent some good years at DHS, and I have fond memories of it all. She was such a good teacher and was dedicated to her job during those years.\r\n\r\nI am leaving town today for the rest of the week and so will miss the service. I am sorry for your loss. To loose two family members so close together is a sadness beyond my understanding. I went to school with your Dad his sister,Joyce, and again always thought of him as a gentle giant. I didn't have the privlage of knowing your Mom.Know they will be in your hearts always. As a graduate of LCHS with Riley and Joyce, I enjoyed many years of friendship. Frann and I exchanged email messages after our reunion in '07.and I sent cards to Riley at home and the Jennings hospital. I hope that you find comfort from my prayers and that this will sustain you all during this time of grief.
To Fran's family;\r\nI never met your mom but just wanted her family to know she was a wonderful and kind lady who loved her family and their history. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. God bless you all, will keep you in my prayers.

Connie,\r\n I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I saw that you had called this morning when I got in after work. I called your home but got no answer. I felt that something was amiss and started looking on the web at newspapers. I am so sorry that none of us were there. I feel that we have let you all down. Please know that we love you all and that you are in our prayers. I sent you an email but it came back. Please send me your new address when you have settled your thoughts.\r\n I can imagine our parents are all having a good visit, much like old times for them. Dear Family of Frann:\r\nFrann became a dear friend through her marriage to Riley. We enjoyed frequent emails and phone calls over the years, as well as several visits to her home. We always felt welcomed and knew of her love for Riley and for us. We will miss her but know that she is with her Lord and with Riley.
