Frank Scott Martin was born on December 30, 1960, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Frank was the eldest of six children. He attended and graduated from DeRidder High School in 1978. At the age of fourteen he lost his father and assumed the responsibility of helping raise his younger brothers and sisters. He enrolled in LA Tech then transferred to Rutgers University in New Jersey where he successfully graduated with a Masters Degree in Chemistry, specializing as a Bio-Polymer Chemist. Frank enjoyed playing tennis and spending time with those he loved. He resided in New Jersey for twenty-eight years and then returned to DeRidder, LA.
Special thanks to Linda, Fred D. Lane (deceased), Damian and all of his friends throughout the years for their love and support. Frank loved us all so much but he loved his mother the most, where he found his strength.
