Evan James Gentry's Obituary
Funeral services for Evan James Gentry, 23, of Anacoco, will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, June 18, 2021 at Prewitt’s Chapel in Hornbeck, Louisiana with Bro. Carl Smith & Bro. Nick Hilton officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Hornbeck, Louisiana.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 17, 2021 from 5:00 P.M until time of service at the church.
Evan was born on October 21, 1997 in Alexandria, Louisiana to his parents, Anthony & Michelle Smith Gentry. He passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 in Hornbeck.
Evan is preceded in death by his grandpa; John Gentry.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents; Gregg & Michelle Gentry of Anacoco, LA., siblings; Alexis Amburn (Dennis) of Merryville, LA., Erin Wilson (Bryce) of Anacoco, LA., Ethan Gentry of Ruston, LA., grandmother; Eunice Gentry of Many, LA., grandparents; Larry & Sue Smith of Hornbeck, LA., niece; Ava Amburn, nephew; Phoenix Amburn, his beloved dog Copper, and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins and friends.
