Funeral services for Ethel Mae “Smiley” Taylor, 58, of Leesville, Louisiana will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 23, 2015, at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Leesville with Rev. Joseph Garner officiating. Burial will follow in the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Ethel, the daughter of Raymond & Cora Alexandria Scott, was born September 1, 1957, in Perry, GA. She passed away at her residence in Leesville, Saturday, December 19, 2015.
She is survived by husband, Alvin Taylor of Leesville; son, Jarrell Taylor of Leesville, daughter, Latoshia Taylor of Baton Rouge; brothers, Raymond Scott of Atlanta, GA, Leon Scott of Warner Robbins, GA, Alvin Scott of Warner Robbins, GA, Michael Scott of Hawkinsville, GA, Lindsay Scott of Perry, GA, Wayne Scott of Cochran, GA and Jeffrey Scott of Warner Robbins, GA and sisters, Geraldine Alexandria of Huntsville, AL, Linda Whiteing of Pittsburg, PA and Angela Small of Perry, GA.
