Funeral services for Erlene “Destiny” Eder Rodgers, 32 of Manor, Texas will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville with the Bro. Richard Partridge officiating. Burial will follow in the Holton Cemetery in Leesville, LA under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held from 3 pm - 9 pm Monday, February 28th and 8 am – until time of service Tuesday, March 1st at the funeral home.
Erlene, the daughter of Rodolfo and Ofelia Casanada Eder was born on June 16, 1978, in Manila, Philippines. She passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2011 in Beaumont, Texas.
She is survived by her husband, Marlin Rodgers, of Manor, TX; daughter, Kassey Megan Rodgers of Manor, TX; mother, Ofelia Casanada Eder of the Philippines; step-sons, Cameron Rodgers of Manor, Texas & Aiden Rodgers of Manor, TX; step-daughters, Alana Parr of El Paso, TX & Alora Wilson of Hicks, LA; brother, Eric Eder of the Philippines and sister, Melanie Eder of the Philippines.
