Emma Lea Hilton's Obituary
Funeral services for Emma Lea Hilton, 72, of Anacoco will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, August 22, 2009 at the Prewitts Chapel Baptist Church in Hornbeck with Bro. D.R. Davis officiating. The burial will follow in the Prewitts Chapel Cemetery. Friends may visit Friday, August 21st from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and on Saturday, August 22 at 9:00 a.m. until time of service at the church. Services are under the direction of the Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville, Louisiana.
Miss Hilton passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at Dubuis Hospital in Alexandria, LA. She worked at the Commissary at Fort Polk, SouthWestern Bell in the 1950’s as a Telephone Operator and a Health Care Provider for Invalid Lady in Anacoco, LA.
She is survived by her brother James C. Hilton of Anacoco, LA, and nieces Deanna Ellis (Victor) of Anacoco, LA, Debra Randolph (Perry) of Moss Bluff, LA and Sabrina Glaspie (David) of Hornbeck, LA and numerous grand nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by parents Martin L. and Emmie S. Hilton and two sisters Gladys Baun and Lydia G. Hilton.
