Edna Mae Miller's Obituary
Funeral services for Mrs. Edna Mae Miller, 97, of Leesville will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 21, 2018 in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel of Leesville with Rev. Craig Forque officiating. Burial will follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery in Florien, LA under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Sunday, October 20, 2018 from 9:00 am until service time in the funeral home.
Mrs. Miller was born June 7, 1921 in Negreet, LA to George Quitman & Sally Cook Manning. She passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at the Woodlands Healthcare Center in Leesville. She worked as a Service Assistant for South Central Bell Telephone Company for many years. She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Leesville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Miller, her daughter, Earlene Miller, 3 brothers, Leon Manning, Earl Manning, George Manning and one sister, Mamie Small.
Left to cherish her memory are her two granddaughters: Teresa Ross and husband Will of Many, LA and Misty Withers of Leesville, LA; Three great grandchildren: Tristaan Ross, Tana McNeely and husband Jesse and Ainsleigh Shylar Withers; one great-great granddaughter Tenley McNeely; A host of nieces, nephews and cousins in Spring, TX and her faithful friend Shirley Mann.
