Dustin "Dusty" Dale Darbonne's Obituary
Funeral services for Dustin "Dusty" Dale Darbonne, of DeRidder, La will be held Saturday , January 21, 2017, at 2 pm in Expedition Building at 610 West Drive in DeRidder, La, with Celebrant Jody Barrilleaux leading in the celebration of life. Burial will be Sunday January 22, 2017 in the Oakland Springs cemetery at 10 am Hwy 26 Mussell White Rd Oberlin, La, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of DeRidder.
Visitation will be Friday Janurary 20, 2017, from 5 pm until 9 pm at the funeral home.
Dusty the son of John Howard and Virginia Gale Hill Darbonne was born on September 9, 1968 in Lake Charles , Louisiana. He passed away on Tuesday January 17, 2017, in Bell City, LA.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Jenifer Darbonne Taylor .
He is survived by his brothers Quince ( Kim) Darbonne of Sikeston, MO, Ricky (Donna) Darbonne of Duck Hill, MS, sister Robin Darbonne of DeRidder, LA host of nieces and nephews and Hank
Dusty graduated from DeRidder High School. Dusty’s chosen profession was being a blacksmith, in his own words an Equine “preneur”. He was also a very gifted artist, singer, and songwriter. Dusty loved playing his guitar and singing for his friends and family, it was even better around a campfire. Dusty was loved by all.
