Geneva Dowden Jordan's Obituary
Funeral services for Geneva Jordan, 82, of Anacoco, will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 6, 2021 in the Oak Forest Baptist Church of Leesville with Bro. Joe Call officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Bellwood Cemetery in Bellwood, LA.
Visitation will be Friday, March 5, 2021 from 5:00 P.M– 8:00 P.M at the Oak Forest Baptist Church.
Geneva was born on June 15, 1938 in Bellw ood, LA. to her parents, Willis & Opal DeLee Stanley Dowden. She passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 in Leesville.
Geneva is preceded in death by her parents.
Left to cherish her memory is her son; Weighlon Sylvest(Sharon) of Anacoco, LA., daughters; Pamela Sylvest of Leander, TX., Jaquitta Berly (Michael) of DeRidder, LA., Marquitta Morfin of Liberty Hill, TX., sister; Rhomaine Sabella (Vincent) of Lynnfield, MA., grandkids; Jeremy Sylvest, Christy Sylvest, Robert Goodwin Willis Sylvest, Daniel Sylvest, Danielle Fogel, Michelle Walker, Elijah Sherrod, Mia Morfin, several great grandkids and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
