Dorothy Geraldine Hale Prewitt's Obituary
Visitation for Dorothy Prewitt will be Sunday, January 14, 2018 from 10 am until 12 pm, immediately followed by a graveside service at Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery in Toro Community, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Dorothy, the daughter of Tom and Brean Hale, was born on March 29, 1927, in Anacoco, Louisiana. She passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2018, in Florien, Louisiana, after a lengthy illness.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Henry Lee Prewitt, two sons; Roy Prewitt and his wife Cynthia, Roland Prewitt, an infant daughter and granddaughter Dixie.
She has three surviving children; Raymond Lee Prewitt, Ronnie Prewitt and Marlene Holland, 18 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren, sister; Luella Pevoteaux, brothers; Douglas Hale (Lorraine), Haskel Hale (Ellendeen)
