Donald Ray Tipton, 58, entered into rest on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at his home in Leesville, Louisiana. Donald was born on April 26, 1962, in Pineville, Louisiana to Clinton Ross Tipton Jr and Velma McPhearson Tipton.
Donald was a veteran of the United States Army and serving honorably for 8 years. He worked as a security guard for many years.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Sherri L Tipton of Leesville, LA; one son, Donald Ray Tipton, Jr. and spouse Crystal of Ball, LA; one daughter, Kristen Wells of DeRidder, LA; one step-daughter, Tamra Friesland of Leesville, LA; one brother, Michael Wayne Tipton and spouse Juanita; 2 sisters, Linda Tipton Cearley and spouse John and Debbie Tipton Roy; 2 grandchildren, Kamryn Tipton and Dominic Elijah Wells ; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his loved ones, father, Clinton Ross Tipton Jr; mother, Velma McPhearson Tipton; sisters Vicki Diane Tipton and Sheila Ann Mayeaux.
A Memorial Service is pending.
Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of DeRidder.
