Funeral services for D.L. “Pete” Owens, 77, of Leesville, Louisiana will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 17, 2012, at Labby Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. J.B. Yielding and Bro. Dale Mortensen officiating. Burial will follow Read Obituary
I Can remember his laugh so clearly, always made me smile.. He and the family hold a special place in my heart.
Ms. Dona, I loved him so much and you too, He was a very special part of my childhood, when He worked at Red & White, I would always run in looking for him and he would pick me up and swing me around and give me some little something.. A memory I'll always cherish, loved his laugh and smile.. May the Lord give you and the family peace of mind that we'll all meet again and he'll welcome us with open arms just as I remember him. Love you all and I'm praying for you.
