Dionte' Armand Rachal's Obituary
Funeral services for Dionte’ A. Rachal, 20, will be held at 1 P.M., Thursday, June 16, 2011, at Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in DeRidder with Brother Arthur Judkins officiating. Dionte passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2011. Visitation will be from 11 A.M. until time of the service Thursday, June 16, 2011, in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Beauregard Cemetery in DeRidder under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home in DeRidder.
Dionte’ was born in Ruston, LA, and reared in Winnfield, LA before moving to DeRidder. He was a graduate of DeRidder High School. He was an active and devoted brother of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, constantly preaching the good news of the Kingdom in Jesus example. He loved to draw and the art of graphic design, but most importantly he devoted himself and dedicated his life to Jehovah God in his baptism on January 23, 2011.
Left to cherish Dionte’s memory are his mother, Cathy Rachal Nichols and stepfather, Willie L. Nichols of DeRidder ;father, Jerome Davis of Monroe, LA; siblings, Lacey Rachal, Natasha Rachal, Kristal Lee, Joshua Ball, Alicia Moore and Christopher Davis; and grandmother Lela Odessa Patterson. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Victor L. Rachal and paternal grandparents Alice and Amos Davis. Words of comfort may be left to Dionte’s family at www.labbymemorial.com.
