Debra Janise Martin's Obituary
Funeral services for Debra Janise Martin, 57, of Singer, LA, will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, April 7, 2011, in the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in DeRidder with Pastor Jerry Fletcher officiating. Burial will follow in Newlin Cemetery in Singer, LA, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home in DeRidder. Visitation will continue at 8 AM until time for the service, Thursday, April 7, 2011, in the church. Debra passed away Monday, April 4, 2011, in Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Lake Charles where she lived most of her life before moving to the Singer area eight years ago. She was a graduate of LaGrange High School. She had been an accountant, insurance agent and substitute teacher.
She is survived by her husband of twenty-eight years, Robert S. Martin of Singer; two sons, Luis E. Negroni, II of Singer and Jonathan A. Negroni of Baton Rouge, LA; one brother, Frank A. Janise of New Port, RI; one sister, Mary E. Martin of Lake Charles; and six grandchildren.
