Funeral services for Dalton “Big Boy” Myers, 77, of Leesville, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, August 3, 2020 in the Christian Living Fellowship Church in Leesville with Bro. Bobby Ganaway officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Forest Cemetery in Leesville, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville.Visitation will be held Monday, August 3, 2020 from 11:00 A.M until service time in the church.Dalton was born on August 12, 1942 in Shreveport, LA to his parents, Harmon Sidney & Ethel Elizabeth Price Myers. He passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020 at his home in Leesville.Dalton is preceded in death by his parents, grandson; Dalton Michael Sheppard, brothers; Bill Myers & Amos Myers.Left to cherish his memory are his wife Betty Myers of Leesville, LA, sons; William Myers, James Leverett, Clarence Myers (Elizabeth) all of Leesville, daughters; Charlotte Fowler (Butch) of Leesville, Paula Tanner of Texas, Beverly Hanson (Russ) of DeRidder, Melissa Dobson (Anthony) of Texas, sisters; Claudia Ethel Smart of Anacoco, Edna Cryer of Leesville, Marie Gill of DeRidder, grandchildren; Bryan, Wesley, Kellie, Josette, Crystal, Josh, Christy, T.J, Lillian, Tyler, Clarence Jr., Skyler, Allie and 19 great grandkids.Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Clarence Myers, Wesley Fowler, Roger Price, George Stoots, Kenny Cryer, Jaiden Blum, Evan Bailey, Clarence Myers Jr.In lieu of flowers the family is asking that you make a donation to Labby Memorial Funeral Home to help cover the funeral expenses.
