Dale LeRoy McFeeters' Obituary
Memorial services for Mr. Dale LeRoy McFeeters (SSG Ret) will be held at 16:00 (4:00 PM) on 19 June 2020 at Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville, LA. with Chaplain Lindsay officiating.
Mr. McFeeters was born at home on a farm in rural Kansas to James and Louise McFeeters. He grew up on farms in Kansas and Arkansas as the youngest of ten children. He married Betty Ann Robinson in April of 1966. He entered the Army at the age of 20 in October 1966 after being drafted. He had a myriad of assignments in the Army, two combat tours in Vietnam and two tours in Europe before retiring at Ft Sill, Oklahoma.
He was totally dedicated to his family, loved spending time with his children, grandchildren great grandchildren. Many special moments and dear to his heart was time spent with his wife Betty-Ann, an enduring, loving wife who shared his life on earth and continues the love for him in heaven.
He is preceded in death by his parents James Harvey McFeeters and Louise Marie Martha Miller McFeeters, five brothers Fred McFeeters, Frank McFeeters, Ray McFeeters, Harvey McFeeters and Louis McFeeters, four sisters Lillian Holland, Elsie Focks, Carol Taylor and Mary Mays
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Betty Ann Robinson McFeeters and children LeRoy McFeeters, Cindy & Greg Fee, Candy & Matt Snyder, Mike & Angie McFeeters and April & Cody Ragland; thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
