Dale W. Marcus' Obituary
Funeral services for Dale W. Marcus, 63, of Anacoco will be held at 2:00p.m., Sunday, June 21, 2009 at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville with Bro. Bobby Shirley officiating. The burial will follow in the Mitchell Cemetery in Anacoco, Louisiana. Friends may visit Saturday, June 20th from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday, June 21st from 8:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of the Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville, Louisiana.
Mr. Marcus passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2009 in Lufkin Texas. His forty year career in Law Enforcement began in Vernon Parish moving to Texas and then returning to Vernon Parish.
He is survived by his sons Todd Marcus, Chad Marcus, and Eric Marcus all of Kosse, Texas brother Dan Marcus of Lufkin, Texas and grandson Aden Marcus.
Pallbearers will be Charles Stokes, Bill Stokes, Don Stokes, Dwight Thompson, J.D. Haymon and Dan Marcus.
Honorary Pallbearer will be Charles Marze.
