I knew Dewayne during Jr. and Sr. High in Leesville. Lived down the street from him on Miller Avenue. I can still see him on his blue motor "scooter." My prayers to all of the family in your loss.

Haven't seen Dwayne in 50 years, part of my childhood. He was a great older cousin. Sorry for your lose.
Heard many stories about Dewayne from Ms. Puddin and Anthony when she was still alive. So sorry for your lose.
Dwayne was a special guy. We were teammates for the Wampus Cats in Leesville. We were at Northwestern State at the same time. Dwayne could kick a football out of site. Good athlete. We will miss him.
We were teammates in little league, in Boy Scouts together, all the way to fraternity brothers at Centenary. I cherish his having been a loyal friend for many years. He was forever entertaining and NEVER boring. My condolences to the entire Palmer clan on your loss but join with you in celebrating his having been here with us in the first place.
A good friend and a good man.
To Mr. Palmers son, Derrick and all the family, we send our love and prayers with our deepest sympathy.
Dwayne was one of those special people--he lived just down the road from the Stewart family. Mr and Mrs. Palmer were such good people(parents).Dwayne was a delight as a young person and I know he was even better as an adult. Blessings to the family.Missy Stewart
