Christian Navarro's Obituary
Christian Navarro was born January 14, 1983, in San Juan, Argentina. He passed away at his home in Hornbeck, LA on May 20, 2014.
Survivors include his wife, Brittany Navarro and his loving son, Kalani of New Orleans, LA; his parents, Sulma and Juan Navarro; brother, Carlos Navarro all of New York; father-in-law, Rod Owers of Hornbeck, LA; mother-in-law, Teresa Owers of Hawaii; two brothers-in-law, Rod Owers, II of Hornbeck and Brandon Owers (Nicolette) of Mt. Pleasant, TX and sister-in-law, Tandi Allen (Bradley) of Haughton, LA. Chris also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to cherish his memory.
Christian served in the U.S. Army for 7 years. He completed two tours with Operation Iraqi Freedom. He received a Purple Heart during his first mission.
For the past 3-1/2 years he had worked for his loving father-in-law and friend, Rod Owers, at the Wood Gallery in Hornbeck, LA.
Memorial services will be held at a later date under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville.
