Private family services for Chris DeHut, 51, of Anacoco, Louisiana will be held at a later date. Services are under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Chris, the son of Donald and Hazel McGregor DeHut was born on February 21, 1959, in California. He passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2010 in Leesville, Louisiana. He was an avid sports fan, loved old cars and loved his dogs. He was a dedicated employee of Noble Drilling Services for over 10 years as a Safety Training Supervisor.
He is survived by his wife Carol DeHut of Anacoco; children, Christopher Michael DeHut, Jr, of Richmond, TX, Ginger & husband, Eric McNeely of Hornbeck & George Beys of North Palm Beach, FL; brother, Mark DeHut of St. Pete, FL; sister, Karen Robertson of Huntington, WV. He was Poopah to four grandchildren.
