It is with a heavy heart I write this note of sympathy. I will always have great memories of Charlie's chuckle and sly grin. I learned so much from Charlie when we worked together for FORSCOM.
My deepest condolence to the Singleton Family. Thanks for the memories, mentorship, and leadership. You will be truly missed here at the garrison.
I'm sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. I know his passing will be a great loss to his family and many people. I have many memories of Charlie both good and what I use to think bad but in the end he taught me so much through my mistakes. Miss Evelyn even though I live in Fort Worth if you need anything please let me know.
Thinking of you in deepest sympathy. Although words cannot begin to ease the sorrow of your loss, please know that you are in the thoughts of so many who care.
